Hopkins new 5 year $81 million has set the bar for all current NFL WRs. When you look at he and Allen Robinson's number they aren't that far apart.
Thru 4 years Hopkins is averaging 1,100 yards and 6 TDs per season. Robinson's 3 years have netted averages of 950 yards and a little over 7TDs. So A-Rob now has concrete starting point when it comes to negotiations.
With $49 million of the $81 million guaranteed it boils down to a 3 year deal at that $49 million figure. Speculation had Robinson's value at around $65 million over 5. Tom Coughlin and Dave Caldwell - Happy Negotiating!
