Georgia enters as the No. 8 team in the AP Poll, with Florida two spots ahead at No. 6.
Georgia has won five of the last eight in the series, which recently learned it would continue to be played in Jacksonville, at least through 2023.
“This is very special rivalry, and Jacksonville is proud to be home of this long-standing tradition,” Jacksonville Mayor Lenny Curry said when the city announced the extension, and added that the economic impact from the game was above $30 million in 2018. “It’s an entire week of experiences.”
