Florida State wide receiver Ontaria Wilson is likely out for the season with a shoulder injury.
Wilson left FSU’s contest at Wake Forest in the second half after recording a reception down the middle of the field, and he was hit by two defenders upon making the catch. The sophomore receiver walked off the field under his own power, but was slouching some as he favored his shoulder.
“I think he’s gonna be out for a while,” Taggart said.
At this point in time, it’s unclear if the wide receiver will be forced to undergo surgery to repair the damage.
