Jaguars lose TE James O’Shaughnessy for the year with a torn ACL

TE James O’Shaughnessy had been having the best season of his career for the Jaguars this seasoning catching 14 passes for 153 yards and two touchdowns in four-plus games this season.

The former fifth-round pick out of Illinois State was becoming a favorite of Gardner Minshew along with DJ Chark. The Jaguars 3rd round pick in 2019 Josh Oliver is expected to take over for O'Shaughnessy once he himself is healthy. Oliver has been battling hamstring issues since training camp.
