McElwain: Florida To "Beat The Heck" Out Of Michigan

Florida v Florida State

Jim McElwain and the Florida Gators have had a tumultuous off season, especially in recent weeks. Just last week the Gators had to suspend 7 players, including  their best offensive player, WR Antonio Callaway.

The suspensions haven't dimmed the confidence of the Florida head coach, it seems. In a statement at a student pep rally Sunday night, McElwain stated that they are going to Dallas to "beat the heck" out of the Michigan Wolverines in the season opener.

Michigan is a 4 point favorite in Vegas, and beat Florida 41-7 the last time they met in the Citrus Bowl in 2015.
