FSU RB Khalan Laborn charged with marijuana possession

Reports from the Tallahassee Democrat are surfacing that FSU redshirt freshman Running Back Khalan Laborn was charged with a misdemeanor marijuana possesion (less than 20 grams) on November 19th around 1:30 AM. Claims are made that Laborn was pulled over by an FSU Police Officer for driving without his headlights on and upon approaching the vehicle the officer detected the odor of marijuana, which lead to the officer conducting a search of the vehicle and finding a jar of marijuana in Khalan's backpack.

Laborn's court date is set for January 10th. In a statement posted via Noles247.com an FSU spokesperson said,  "We are aware of this situation and discipline has been handled internally."
