ESPN analyst Todd McShay has released his first mock draft for the 2019 NFL Draft in April. Among the picks, the McShay has the Jaguars (projected to have the number seven overall pick) selecting Oregon QB Justin Herbert.
Herbert has thrown for 6,904 yards, 62 TD's, and 17 INT's in his career at Oregon. He has not yet declared for the NFL Draft.
