UAB head coach Bill Clark is the Eddie Robinson coach of the year, per AL.com. Clark guided the Blazers to a 10-3 record and won the Conference USA Championship, two years after taking over a program that had just been reinstated by the school. Clark beat out big names like Nick Saban, Dabo Swinney, Lincoln Riley, and Brian Kelly for the award.
Clark will be presented the award January 5th.
