Jacksonville Jaguars CB Jalen Ramsey is among the most outspoken players in the league, and has never been shy about telling people how good he is.
Ramsey was absent from OTAs, which are voluntary, in favor of training with his father. Tuesday, he addressed the media and shared with everyone where he think he is in terms of progression from last year:

Ramsey is already one of the best corners in the NFL. If he performs even better, as he hinted at, then he's going to be a nightmare for every offensive coordinator and quarterback he matches up against in 2018.
